We drive to the dog park, we drive to the grocery store, we drive to the gas station – and everywhere I see these lovely yellow bells! The first days of barely warm springtime, bring these boys to life. And I am always excited I see the bright yellow flowers of a Yellow Bell [also known as Forsythia], unless it’s been hacked down to a shapely shrub. No shrubs here – it’s wild and twigy – let it be!
I brought some back from North Carolina during the great migration, and I so hope it grows happy in my backyard!
