Good morning! I’ve got a fun guest post for you guys today. Supal from Chevrons & Éclairs is here to share some pretty table setting ideas and delicious recipes. I knew right away that Supal and I would be friends, I can’t wait for you guys to get to know her!

Hi Curtis Casa-ers! Whitney is filled with great ideas and inspiration. I knew we were meant to be when she told me she loved Ellen DeGeneres and pickled okra. I thought I’d take this opportunity and share some hosting tips and favorite fall time recipes with you!

The way you present your table is important. It should be appealing for it to be inviting. My favorite and go-to fall centerpiece is an idea I got from Styled. magazine. It is just a collection of apples and leaves. You don’t even have to be creative for this one! Try to keep the dinnerware simpler, since you want to take advantage of the beautiful fall scenery. This set can be found at Anthropologie and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Set the mood with this easy DIY mason jar candle holder. You want to keep candles in a vase or jar so the flame isn’t blown out by the wind. Add little details of ribbon around the utensils just for added charm. Fall outdoor table setting is as easy as that!

My favorite part of a dinner party is when I get to see my guests enjoy a great seasonal meal! I’ve put together two menus, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Both menus display fall’s best with spice and warmth from earthy flavors. Take your pick, which menu sounds delicious to you? I like to add a menu at each place setting, and thought I’d make one of each menu for you to print out for your outdoor fall gathering!

See, wasn’t that easy? It’s always so much fun having friends and family over. What better way to say “see ya later” to your deck than throwing a unique dinner party.
