Anyway, I did make a Strawberry Rhubarb about a week ago… But I have another confession… I didn’t get any good photos and we didn’t even taste get it before I accidentally left it out overnight. (Bad things happen when I fall asleep on the couch.) So I have a feeling I’ll be making another April pie, maybe in June.
The good news though, is that this might be my favorite crust recipe so far and the lattice pattern is way easier than I thought. I only messed up on one lattice.
