Mom brought buckets of flowers, aprons, and clippers and we got to work on Friday morning. We did a bunch of small, loose arrangements for the tables and a few bigger arrangements in barrels and buckets and watering cans for the food and bar areas. We used mostly dahlias and zinnias. They are such bright and happy flowers! Mina really loves the 50’s era and carnival colors, so she went all out for the carnival theme – complete with a huge ferris wheel!
Happy Monday, friends! We had a great, busy weekend with my family. If you follow me on Instagram, you probably noticed I was holed up in a barn all weekend playing with flowers and riding a ferris wheel at my cousins wedding! It was such a fun weekend, prepare for the photo overload that’s about to happen. Mina and Scott were married in a precious chapel and partied with guests at an awesome barn venue on the Anne Springs Close Greenway property (we were in the field trial barn, FYI), right outside of Charlotte, NC.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
